On the 15th of May, Wojciech Waleczek gave a piano recital in the Auditorium of the University of Barcelona.
The concert, organised by the Polish Consulate in Barcelona, was held to commemorate the proclamation of the Polish Constitution of 3 May 1791.
It is widely accepted that the Constitution of 3 May was the first written constitution in Europe and the second in the world.
